All the information you need.
Here you will find all the information you need before and during your stay in our WiesenPlatzl apartments.
On the day of arrival your apartment will be ready for you at 3 PM.
If you plan on arriving after 6 PM, we kindly ask that you let us know. If you arrive earlier than 3 PM and the apartment is ready, we will gladly let you settle in earlier.
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 AM at the latest.
Yes, of course. You can order fresh bread rolls for the next day until 7 PM the day before. The bread will then be delivered to your apartment door the next day at around 7 AM.
We have a regional corner boutique in our hotel. Here you can pick up local products and special delicacies.
A deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement is required for a binding reservation.
The following cancellation terms apply:
- Up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- Up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total package price must be paid

We accept on-site payments in cash or by EC card.
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome for a small fee upon request.
The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of €60.00.
The local taxes are €3.50 per person per night (for people aged 15 and over). It must be paid directly on site.
We offer a laundry service upon request (for a fee).
Smoking is only permitted outside the building and on the balconies.
In winter, we offer toboggan rental upon request. For any other sports equipment, we can recommend several local companies.
The flats are booked for the number of persons specified by you, additional persons are only possible by telephone or written agreement and will be charged extra (children are also persons).
The unused days of the travel arrangement will be invoiced.
